REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. WINNINGS TO ATTEND OFFSHORE LIVE AND ONLINE TOURNAMENTS
You may win a ticket to participate in offshore live and online tournaments organized by offshore entities. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of participation of such offshore entities, as applicable. The winnings will not be received in your User Account. You are solely liable to discharge your tax obligations in relation to the winnings, if any.
2. AFFILIATES
"Affiliate" shall mean an entity, which is registered with MOIZAC PRIVATE LIMITED as an affiliate (after following due process), which will place stakes for the Principal User on the Platform. The Affiliate shall hold "Affiliate Account" with MOIZAC PRIVATE LIMITED.
"Affiliate Users" shall mean users who signs up on the Platform after following due process and opts to be linked to the account of the Affiliate and place stakes through the Affiliate. You cannot be a User and Affiliate User at the same time on the Platform. When you sign up as a User, your Affiliate User account shall automatically cease to operate.
Affiliate User shall not hold any funds in its User Account and all winnings will be held in the Affiliate Account. MOIZAC PRIVATE LIMITED holds no responsibility towards Affiliate User for paying the winnings.
All terms and conditions applicable to a User/you, under this Agreement shall mutatis mutandis shall apply to the Affiliate and Affiliate User, with variations as stated in this Clause.
3、refunds
Once the amount has been credited to your wallet, we do not offer refunds. If the amount is not credited for whatever reason, please contact us and we will check internally and resolve the case. In case we haven’t received the money, then request you to kindly reach out to your bank for refunding the amount.
If your payment has failed and we could not process the order request from our end, the amount will be credited to the source account within 5-8 business days.
4、Pricing
In case of an event, registration is totally FREE. After registration completing, you will receive welcome game ¬chips to play cash games. Also you could play practice games, and it is free.

If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Double check the card type, the account number and expiration date.

If everything seems to be correct, maybe an OTP will be received to verify your order. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Double check the account ID and balance.

5. Withdrawing money from the user account
At present, players can withdraw their winnings through electronic bank-to-bank transfers.
The withdrawals players make are governed by the following conditions:
• Players are free to withdraw money from their accounts anytime, subject to a bonus or prize money withdrawal restrictions, by giving us notice of your withdrawal request.
• Players are requested to be very careful while giving their account details. For the convenience of users there is 2 step process to enter the details. We disclaims any responsibility for the users giving wrong account details. In such cases where the account number is wrongly entered by the users, they have to claim complete responsibility for it.
• The minimum amount you can withdraw in a transaction is Rs. 30 and the maximum amount you can withdraw is Rs. 9999. Money should be deposited at the App only with the intent of playing. Players are not allowed to use the App as the place to park their unused funds. Money laundering is strictly prohibited in our site. Attempting to withdraw cash added through credit cards is considered as money laundering and it must be avoided.
• Withdrawals would be processed only when the Player's ID proof is successfully verified.
• In order to win a prize, a player must be a resident of India and should be accessing our services on our Website only from India except from the states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Sikkim. We shall remit winnings only to Indian bank owned by you in Indian rupees .
• The frequency of withdrawals may be subject to certain restrictions from time to time.
• If a player was the prize winner resident in India and was physically present in India while he was accessing our services but not an Indian citizen, we will remit his winnings in Indian Rupees to the address given by him, provided, the address is within India.
• Withdrawal of any winnings is a fair process that requires correct PAN details. PAN Numbers might be verified from time to time to ensure the integrity of the process. Please note that prize money may be cancelled if inconsistencies are found during these verifications, ensuring a fair and secure environment for all players.
• Our team always gives their best efforts while processing player withdrawal of funds requests in a timely manner. While there might be delays due to the time required for verification and completing the withdrawal, please rest assured that we value your time and strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Our Company is not liable to pay any form of compensation for the reason of delays in remitting payments to players from their user accounts.
